We are interested in understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying cancer cell plasticity in metastasis and therapy resistance. By using dynamic analyses of cancer cells and the tumour microenvironment in human samples and patient-derived organoids, in conjunction with single cell omics, imaging and computational analyses, we aim to achieve a systems-level understanding of the dynamic molecular circuits driving cancer initiation, metastasis and therapy resistance.
